We had a braw stay! Staff were pure friendly, and the location made it dead easy to stroll to shops and sights. My fave bit? The comfy beds in our Smart Atrium Double room. One wee drawback was the lack of storage for our bags. a cracking place!

nice comfy base for discovering vienna. the staff - personable and sympathetic. absolutely great room with a private bathroom. marvellous and fantastic location in the great area, with a subway station close to the hotel. plus, walking distance to zoom children's museum. overall comfortable stay for a good vacation.

stylish hotel with minor room limitations
The hotel offered a unique design that captured my interest from entry. The city view from my room was good and added to my experience. The breakfast selection impressed me as it included fresh fruits and quality coffee options.
The room felt a bit compact for my preferences.

I read for time check in, It was 12:00. The person in reception sead 14:00. The hotel has no room for luggage. The hotel was at forth floor at a maze. Hotel 4 stars ????

Location, close to Railway station, metro station and on teh main shopping street
The old person at the reception was very rude (was probably the owner)...but the lady though (probably owners wife) was very nice

Helpful information about local activities was provided.
The coffee was disappointing. It was horrible for a hotel in Vienna. The room was way too small and cramped. A significant downside was the lack of storage space for my luggage. I never expected to be lifting my suitcase onto the bed just to access my clothes.

Excellent experience there. Stylish hotel with nice service in fantastic location near to restaurants as well as the pedestrian walking districts. Fantastic & bright room with comfortable beds.

The location is perfect for exploring, with a full bar and complimentary snacks enhancing the experience! Plus, the barista's attentive omelet-making skills added a good touch to breakfast.
Some rooms are compact and may feel cramped for two, with limited storage. Occasional kitchen noise in the morning could disrupt your peace.
